Artist Phạm Thuấn graduated from Vietnam University of Fine Arts in 2001. He actively participated in many exhibitions for young artists and won many national awards. In 2017, Phạm Thuấn won the Vietnam-Korea Fine Arts Contest prize with his oil painting named “Tinh Hoa.” He also organized a solo exhibition in the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam.

His paintings with the theme of a woman often exude an elegant look. He is not exaggerating the form, gestures but putting an elegant appearance on his works. The artist prefers to choose fresh colors in opposition to the character image in the painting to increase the attraction and visual tension.
